Vice President

Sarah Beatty is a public relations polymath. She jumps into projects with both feet, digging into details and uncovering nuggets of actionable information in mountains of client data. Sarah brings an arsenal of production skills and contacts with her, thanks to more than 20 years of television, video, and audio production experience. She’s met few problems a well-designed template can’t solve.

Lesley Emerson

Public Relations Director, Ireland

Lesley Emerson specialises in Irish and international clients and has more than  20 years serving clients in Ireland Food, sports and tourism. She organises journalist and travel trade trips to the West of Ireland for Fáilte Ireland, the national tourism development authority. Her experience also includes projects for hotels, activity providers and other tourism-related bodies, conferences and festivals. Lesley writes for many tourism brochures and magazines, a weekly column for a regional newspaper and the Ireland section of the My Travel Lite in-flight magazine. Lesley was also a member of Mayo County Tourism Forum.

Laura Gallegos, Ph.D.

Public Relations Associate

Dr. Gallegos is the former Communications and Marketing Director for the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso where she oversaw media relations, graphic design, marketing, photography, video and all of its social mediums. These communications and marketing efforts supported all areas of the health sciences center – Education, Research and Patient Care. Dr. Gallegos worked to increase patient volume at more than a dozen patient care clinics that made up the network called Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso. She also has experience in donor management, school public relations, and started her career as a television news broadcaster.

Andy Sherman

Creative Director

Andy is the award-winning main creative talent behind Banded Oak’s Hirakata Farms "Worth the Wait" IPA featuring Rocky Ford Crenshaw Melons. For the past 16 years, he has been working with clients including Dr. Pepper/Snapple, Nepali Tea Traders, Wells Fargo, Microsoft Business Solutions, and Western Union.


Examples of his graphic talents include the unique and creative product packaging for the Little Machine Beer Label Series. Sherman recently won a Merit Award in the HOW Design International Design Awards (published in the March ’18 magazine).

Carole Scott

Art & Design Associate

Carole Scott has more than 25 years of experience in graphic design. Her wide range of projects includes marketing campaigns, editorial design, identity and branding systems, trade shows, annual reports, corporate communications, Web design, and promotional materials.
