Move the Stairs is the M&C Motto. It means looking at any challenging situation and thinking WHAT CAN I DO? There's no wishful thinking about how the scenario could be different! You have to work with what you've got. If you take a step back and think through your situation, most of the time you'll come up with a unique response or action that puts your client and yourself in a position of strength.
